


Her Story
Karan spent over 40 years in medicine, enjoying a successful career working as a travel nurse, trauma/flight nurse, and an administrator before owning several healthcare companies in Houston, Texas. She has also led a FEMA Team of 50 nurses and doctors deployed throughout the US during major disasters. Her real estate career began part-time in 1994 when she represented major homebuilders in Houston during the Building Boom. These past experiences helped her to develop strong leadership and communication skills that she still utilizes today.

In 2018, Karan moved to Statesboro and retired from medicine to pursue a full-time career in Real Estate and care for her elderly mother. The 'Boro has been "home" ever since! She is an active member of the Statesboro Board of Realtors and was inducted into the Distinguished Sales Society from year one. Karan's other notable achievements include: Lifetime Distinguished Sales Society, #1 Females Sales Agent in Statesboro/Bulloch County, and #3 Overall Sales Agent in the area. In 2019, she was also recognized as Berkshire Hathaway's Top 7% Sales Agent in the Nation, the Top 1% Listing Agent by the Georgia MLS, and the Top 2% Sales Agent in the Nation. She received her Georgia Broker's License in 2022.

Karan is extremely knowledgeable in all things real estate and enjoys helping clients achieve their home buying and selling goals. She is attentive, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about her clients. She specializes in New Home Construction and First Time Home Buyers and loves helping people make their dreams come true.

She is a proud mother to three adult children and an even prouder grandmother to her eight grandchildren.
